We are made up of singer/songwriters and cover artists and those who simply appreciate acoustic music. We're about spontaneous collaborations between a mix of professional to newbie musicians with a passion for acoustic music and live performances that promote group dynamics, rich harmonies and lasting musical memories.

Quarterly meeting of aspiring poets, gathering to hear published poets share their tales, journeys, impressions of daily life. Open Mic, question and answer time, and annual contests encourage the poet in all of us to participate in the ageless meditation -called poetry. Whether about love, life, nature, school, family, art or the divine, each meeting touches the participants in unique ways. Poignant or humorous, each evening is refreshing! This group is an "electric" jam. The focus is Blues/Rock in the forms of Chicago, Texas, delta, country, and original material Blues.  Of course, we may want some acoustic instruments to add texture, but the focus will be Electric Blues/Rock. This group was started to provide a place for acoustic instrument musicians of all playing levels to meet, jam, collaborate and have fun playing with others. The hope is to have a convenient location and time for regular biweekly jams. Another goal is to find a venue to host a regular open-mic.

This is a group for poets with a love of language and well, poetry. For all who wish to share their passion for the art of words in an open setting.
